Dive Zone Tauranga Returns policy

We are happy to provide refund or exchange for any gear purchased online. Providing it is new, unused and in its original undamaged packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable.
Please ensure any items to be returned a packaged up securely as Dive Zone Tauranga will not  be held liable for any item that goes missing or is damaged during transit, please make sure you use registered post to track delivery or courier with track and trace delivery along with signature on delivery.  Please include the following with your package:

• Detailed note as to the reasons of the return
• Copy of the invoice/receipt
• Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange

If you are exchanging an item:

• Details on what you would like them item exchanged with
• Contact us for delivery payment for the exchanged item
